Changes to delivery details may be necessary due to unforeseen circumstances. If an update is required for contact details, delivery address, or scheduling, the following guidelines should be followed to ensure a smooth process.

Updating Contact Details

For modifications to phone numbers or email addresses after order confirmation:

  • Requests should be submitted at least 3 business days before the scheduled delivery date.

  • The updated information will be processed to ensure all delivery notifications are received.

Changing the Delivery Address

Guidelines for Address Changes:

  • Requests should be made at least 3 business days before the scheduled delivery to prevent rescheduling fees.

  • Changes in delivery address may result in additional shipping charges, depending on the new location.

  • To verify service availability, enter the postcode in the shopping cart before submitting a request.

  • Address changes to a different state require at least 48 hours' notice for processing.

Important Notes:

  • Changes made after the order has been dispatched may lead to delays.

  • Once an address change is processed, an updated confirmation will be sent via email.

Rescheduling a Delivery

To request a new delivery date, follow these steps:

  1. Enter the order confirmation code (found on the purchase receipt) and the billing ZIP code into the scheduling system.

  2. Requests must be submitted within 48 hours of purchase to avoid additional fees.

  3. Changes made after this timeframe may result in re-delivery charges.

How to Submit a Request:
