This often occurs with customers betting using USDT. Sometimes the value of USDT will change and may no longer be equivalent to the value of USD. If you place bets with USDT during a time when the currency value is fluctuating, the system will record that you do not meet the mission requirements. Therefore, you can click on the currency change section (located right next to Wallet) and scroll down to the bottom. You will see the "View in USD" mode. When you enable this mode, all currencies you are betting on will be converted to USD.
