In Isla, you have the ability to schedule, and track the status of, different clinical actions associated with your patients. This functionality allows you to seamlessly schedule clinical actions alongside patient messages and requests, creating a unified view of each patient’s care journey, all within a single platform.
This includes the ability to schedule actions such as:
Making a submission
Having a phone call with a patient
Deciding when a patient requires a follow up
Scheduling clinical actions from the patient timeline:
From the patient timeline, you are able to schedule an action for that day, or for the future.
You have the ability to:
Schedule more than one action at once (e.g. weekly / monthly recurring actions)
Choose an action type
Add a description
Actions for patients within a team are visible to all users in that team.
Scheduling clinical actions as part of a pathway template:
You can also include actions in your templates (see example below).
Changing the status of your clinical actions:
Actions that are scheduled for a future date will default to the status ‘Scheduled’
Actions that have had their due date has passed will default to the status ‘Incomplete’
You will be able to change the status of these actions to:
Complete, or
Not required
Viewing all actions for your team(s) in the ‘Pathway actions list’:
If you navigate to the Pathway actions list, you will be able to view all the actions associated with patients in all of your teams. From here, you can filter by:
Clinical action status (e.g. all incomplete items)
Team
Action type
You can then track and work through your team's list of actions.
