A new homepage page in Isla - coming soon!

When you login to Isla you will see a new landing page. This update will make it easier for you to find your patients, support the ability to efficiently review patients on a patient list, and guide new team members when they first onboard to Isla.

We've put together some common questions you may have when using your new homepage. If you have any further questions which aren't covered below please let us know by emailing product@isla.health or getting in contact with us via the chat.

How can I filter for patients?

You can now search for patients no matter where you are in Isla via the search bar at the top right of the page:

From there you can search for an individual patient. If you'd like to search for a group of patients, such as by a clinic, head to 'filters' in the top right (see screenshot below). From this view you'll also be able to see five recently searched for patients. This might come in handy if you've accidentally clicked out of a patient record or can't remember which patient you were recently reviewing.

Once you've clicked on the filters, you'll land on this new patient list view. Here, you can see all the filters you can access via the patient list page.

If you find yourself doing the same search frequently (for example, "I only want to see patients who are in clinic: Acne-123X tomorrow") then you can save yourself some time by creating a patient list.

To do this, you can head back to the homepage and click on 'Create new list'. This allows you to add a patient list for everyone on your team to use. You can also use this button to create lists of patients who have submitted a given form.

If you can't see this button or your team in the dropdown list, you may need to ask your team admin to do this for you. If you're not sure who they are you can navigate to the team's page in Isla and check who has 'team admin' permissions enabled on the users page. How do I add a patient?

If you can't find the patient you are looking for, you can now add a patient via the blue button in the top right where you'll be able to add a patient as usual.

Can I add folders to or archive multiple patients?

Via the new patient list view, you can create folders and archive patients by bulk-selecting 50 patients, or by individually selecting patients and then choosing either to 'Create folders' or 'Archive patients'.

If you'd like to 'select all' patients you've filtered for and that list is longer than 50, you can still use the patient list page.

My page has too many lists. How can I narrow them down and only display mine?

On the homepage, you will see all patient lists which are in the teams you are in organised by team if you belong to multiple. You can personalise your homepage by hiding patient lists which aren't relevant to you. Any changes you make apply only to your own profile on Isla, so feel free to modify as suits you!
