Isla uses certain sub-processors to assist in providing our services. A sub-processor is a third party data processor engaged by Isla who agrees to receive data from Isla intended for processing activities to be carried out (i) on behalf of Isla customers; (ii) in accordance with customer instructions as communicated by Isla; and (iii) in accordance with the terms of a written contract between Isla and the sub-processor.
