Open Safari on your phone. Click the “share” button in the middle at the bottom, and you’ll see this new menu. Select “Add to home screen” and then “Add”
You will see Isla has been readded to your home page, and you can now open it and log in:

Open your web browser and go to portal.islacare.co.uk. Click on the three dot menu in the top right of your screen and then select “Add to home screen”. Choose the “Install” option.
