Here we will run through the steps of submitting images, videos or forms to the Isla platform as per a request by your healthcare professional. Once you have received a text or email asking you to submit to Isla, as a stand-alone submission or part of a fixed schedule, you will need to follow the steps outlined below.

Step 1:

You will receive an SMS message or email containing a link that will direct you to the platform.

Once you have clicked on the link, you will see a page giving a brief description of what is to follow and where the information you provide is going.

Step 2:

Simply enter your year of birth to confirm the link has been sent to the correct person in order to continue.

Step 3:

You will then be asked to give your consent before continuing to a page that will confirm the media type that is being requested.

Step 4:

We will then provide you with some useful instructions on how to get the best capture.

Please allow access to the camera in order to capture a live image or video. Alternatively, you can upload images or videos that have already been saved to your device.

Step 5:

Now you can capture the requested photo/video! Once captured, you have the opportunity to retake it or confirm that you are happy to continue. You have the option to 'mark as sensitive' any images which are of a sensitive nature.

You will then be asked if you would like to add a note to the captured data or add any additional media before submitting.

Step 6:

You can then review the data you've captured or uploaded before submitting them to your healthcare provider.

Step 7:

All done! Your captured data has now been submitted to be reviewed by your healthcare professional.

Why not let us know how your experience was using Isla? You have the choice of providing some feedback once you've completed the submission process.
