Folders are Isla's filing system. They can be configured from templates to include a schedule by default.
It can be a repetitive task to create folders for multiple patients, e.g. if all patients in a clinic need to receive the same request.
To create folders in bulk, a user can filter the list of patients using several criteria:
Then click the select boxes to select any patients that require a bulk action:
Once the patients are selected, simply press 'Create Folders'.
