Isla offers 2-factor authentication (2FA) which can be enabled for an organisation, through which a user's phone number and email and password are used to authenticate their login to the Isla platform. This feature is organisation-specific.

In cases where 2FA is enabled on an account, on successful log in using a password the user will be asked to enter their phone number:

The user will periodically be required to reassert their second authentication factor and will be required to do so if logging in from a different location to where their 2FA was set.
