Isla allows clinical users to get email alerts when submissions are made to a patient folder. Users can choose whether they would like to be notified for patient submissions or submissions by logged-in clinical users (or both), and can add multiple emails to be alerted.
To update this, open the patient record and click 'Folder settings'
From there, toggle 'Edit folder settings'.
From here, you can add email addresses to be alerted in the event of submissions by either patients or clinician users, or both.
