Data security is key- how do you know this is safe?

Isla sends requests via links, which can be received by patients via either SMS or email.

SMS messages will be received from either the Trust's shortened name (SMS messages can only be sent from names with 11 characters or less), or from Isla Care NHS.

Emails will be received from hello@mail.islacare.co.uk

The link that you see will look like this: isla.care/abcde

When you click on this link, you will be redirected to Isla's secure portal where you will be able to view what's been requested from the clinical team and submit form, photo, or video data for clinical review.
