When a clinician requests that a patient submit a form, image or video, the requesting clinician's name is recorded in the patient's record when the request is made.

Once the submission is ready to review the clinician can click the 'Mark as reviewed" button at the bottom of the submission or select multiple submissions then click 'Mark as reviewed' in the floating window to mark submissions as reviewed. The clinician who reviewed this submission and when they did is then recorded on the submission too.

When you click into a submission, and open the expanded view, you can now see who requested and reviewed a submission.
