Clinicians logged into Isla can record outcomes for a patient within the platform. The list of outcomes is fully configurable at a team level, and can be enabled such that a user marking a submission as reviewed must record an outcome for those submissions.

To record an outcome for a patient, navigate to the relevant folder with submissions to review. Select appropriate submissions then click 'Mark as reviewed' to remove submission alerts. Alternatively click 'More actions' to record outcome measures directly.

A dialog box will open to display the outcome measures relevant for the team. Click the relevant options and submit to save.

Previous outcomes recorded against the folder are available to view as a table, which can be exported in a .csv format, as well as in the Pathway tab.
