By pressing the 'Requests' tab near the top of a patient's record, it will show a timeline view of any requests for clinical information that have been sent to the patient.
You will be able to see what requests were sent and when including any subsequent reminders. If you click on the arrow to open each request or reminder you will be able to see information about exactly who this was sent to including:
Whether the patient has responded or not
Delivery status icon (to the right of the time the request was sent)
Contact the sms or email was sent to
Contact details - phone number or email
Media type requested - image / video / sound recording
Any form requested
Content of the message sent
If a patient hasn't responded to a request, you will be able to send a reminder by pressing the 'Send reminder' button which will take you to a confirmation screen of what you'd like to send. You will be able to send reminders to the contact who was initially requested.
