From your patient list page, you can now see patients who haven't responded recently or have never responded to a request from Isla.

When you land on your patient list page you will see two new views on the left hand side, which correspond to requests sent by members of your teams:

  • No recent response: Patients who have a folder with a recent request that hasn't been responded to.

  • Never responded: Patients who have a folder from which no requests have been responded to.

Within these views you can see a patient and their corresponding folder. Each row is a different folder in a given patient's record.

At the top of these views you can filter by:

  • Team - which of your teams the folder is in

  • Response status

    • Active - There are requests(s) from this folder that are still active. There is still an opportunity for the patient to respond.

    • Expired - All requests from this folder have expired. There is no way for the patient to respond to this folder.

On the right hand side you can see details on the response status:

a) Name of the folder - from which the request(s) haven't been responded to

b) Date of the latest request from this folder that hasn't been responded to

c) If there is an active request on the folder you will see 'Active' here as opposed to 'Expired'. 'Active' means there is still an opportunity for the patient to respond.

d) Number of requests that haven't been responded to.

e) If all requests have expired you will see the status 'Expired'. This means there isn't a way for the patient to respond to the requests from this folder.
