Using submission tags you can add data to submission(s) that you can use to group, search and add SNOMED coding.

Applying tag(s) to a submission
When you are in a patient's record you can see what tags are applied to a submission by hovering over the tag icon.
Tags can be added when reviewing the submission:
Select the 'Add tags' button
Search for the tag you'd like to add against the submission
View the tags that are currently on the submission
Each time a tag is added or removed from a submission this is logged. Organisation level admins can see this information via the admin dashboard.
Searching for submissions using tags
Once a tag has been applied to the relevant submissions you can then filter your search utilising the tag filters on the submissions page.
