Send messages and resources via scheduling them in a patient's record or at a cohort level.

Within Isla you can send messages and generalised resources to patients either immediately or scheduled for a later date. This could be a leaflet or pamphlet relating to the patient's condition or treatment. To be able to send resources to patients you will need to ensure this functionality is turned on for your organisation. If you follow the below instructions and can't find any resources in the relevant team(s) please contact your Isla project manager or product@isla.health

Uploading resources to send to patients

If you have a resource you'd like to upload to send to patients you should head to 'My teams' at the top right and click on the relevant team. On the left, scroll down to 'Resource library'. You may need to ask your team admin or Isla project manager to add resources or allow you to add them yourself.

Within a patient's record

You can send a message to a patient without any request for information and attach a resource.

If you'd like to schedule this message to not send today, you can head to 'Manage schedule' to do this.

To save more time, you can apply a pre configured template to send to your patients.
