Logging In with eXp/Okta

As an eXp agent using BoldTrail, your login experience has been updated to integrate with Okta—eXp's Single Sign-On (SSO) system. This makes accessing your BoldTrail account faster, easier, and more secure.

While you have three login options, the first two provide the most secure and streamlined access through eXp’s Okta integration.

Login from the BoldTrail for eXp Page (Recommended)

This is the easiest and most direct way for eXp users to log in.

Steps:

  1. Enter your BoldTrail email address

  2. You’ll be redirected to eXp’s Okta login screen.

  3. Enter your Okta username and password (provided by eXp).

  4. After successful login, you’ll be automatically redirected to BoldTrail.

This login experience is designed specifically for eXp users and will ensure a smooth sign-in process every time.

Login Through the eXp Okta Dashboard (Recommended)

If you’re already logged in to your eXp Okta account, you can launch BoldTrail directly from there.

Steps:

  1. Navigate to your eXp Okta dashboard.

  2. Look for the BoldTrail app tile.

  3. Click the tile to be automatically signed in and redirected to BoldTrail.

This method uses Single Sign-On (SSO) to log you in with no extra steps.

Standard BoldTrail Login Page

For a limited time, you can still use your existing BoldTrail login credentials at the main BoldTrail login page.

Please Note: This option will eventually be phased out. Please begin using one of the recommended login methods above to avoid any interruption in access.
