CoreHome is a client-focused property search platform, branded completely to the brokerage and the Agent. It anchors your contacts in a single place, allowing you to deliver a seamlessly connected experience throughout the entire home ownership lifecycle.
Setting Up Your System for CoreHome
To be successful with CoreHome and ensure the best experience for your clients, there are a few steps you'll need to take in BoldTrail.
Setup your BoldTrail Agent Profile
Your Agent Image is on every section of CoreHome, keeping you top of mind with your clients. They can also access your Agent Profile page within the app.

Add Your Contacts
Having your clients added to BoldTrail makes it easier for them to find you when they download CoreHome.

TIP: Ensure the email address field has been added to your contacts, as that is how your clients will sign up for CoreHome.
Download the BoldTrail Mobile App
Clients can chat with you directly from CoreHome. As an Agent, you’ll manage and respond to those messages within BoldTrail. Download the BoldTrail app to quickly receive and respond to incoming chats.
Getting Started with CoreHome
The CoreHome platform is available for all contacts to use as long as they have an account in BoldTrail.
Once they've signed up on your personal BoldTrail website (or were added to the CRM manually), you will need to provide them with your personalized share link. This link will bring them to your personal Homeownership page, where your contacts may either enter their email and phone number to recieve a link to the CoreHome web application, or scan a QR code to download the CoreHome app.
Clients may also sign up for CoreHome via one of the following options:
An emailed market report from BoldTrail
Search alert emails
Home valuation reports
Please Note: When your contacts log into CoreHome for the first time, they will need to create a new account.
If there is a home address added to their contact record, they’ll be prompted to confirm their address (or add a new address if one is not present). They will also be asked to confirm whether or not they are looking to purchase or rent a new property.
Once they have entered their address, CoreHome will automatically generate a complete market report with up-to-date market details on their current property, including comparables, pricing estimates, and mortgage information.
CoreHome Features
Once your clients have signed up for a CoreHome account, they will have full access to CoreHome's full suite of features and options to help them manage their homeownership process from start to finish. On the sidebar at the top left of their CoreHome screen, they'll have access to the following options:
My Search: View saved searches and favorited properties, as well as properties pulled in based on existing search alerts. Clients may also set up new searches from this section, as well as view and modify transactions.
My Home: View a full market report (also available on the homepage) as well as market trends and home maintenance data.
My Profile: Update personal and login information (including notification settings), as well as their home address.
My Search
Clients can easily search for listings within CoreHome by clicking on the My Search icon at the top right.
Searching for Properties in CoreHome
When searching for a specific property on the CoreHome website, your contacts can choose to Search with AI, or Classic.
Search with AI
Searching for properties with AI is selected by default. This option allows your contacts to make use of HomeSearch's natural language search functionality, where they can take the following actions:
Voice Search
Click on the blue microphone to utilize HomeSearch's voice-activated search feature. The system will then populate the best-fitting properties for the chosen query.
Popular Suggestions
Using listing data trends provided by Homesearch, the system will populate a list of suggested property types and features specific to your coverage area. Your contacts may click on one or more of these suggestions to refine their search.
Recently Saved Searches
View your Recently Saved Searches by clicking into the search bar, and selecting one of the most recent search queries.
Note: If you enter a search query that does not include a location or area, the system will prompt you to add one in order to complete the search.
Classic
The Classic version of the property search tool provides a simplified, manual multi-area search. This version of the search tool does not utilize internal listing data trends for suggestions, but will still provide a useful list of properties based on the search terms entered.
Note: The option to toggle to Classic is only available at the start of a fresh search. The Classic functionality cannot be combined with the AI-powered search.
Property Categories
When your clients first visit My Search, the initial property categories shown (Favorites, Price Reduced, Just Listed, ect) will populate based on their activity on your website. For clients new to CoreHome, the properties shown will be limited to the location of the Agent's office. However, the results will change over time based on a few factors:
The contact's search alerts and saved/favorited properties (areas of interest)
The contact's search activity on the BoldTrail website as well as CoreHome
Whether or not the contact has market reports set up in BoldTrail
Match Score
CoreHome utilizes HomeSearch AI, a listing data program that works by ingesting your live property listing data into the CRM. When a user uses the search bar on your website, HomeSearch AI processes that search and returns the personalized property IDs with a match score.
A match score is a rating provided by HomeSearch AI that appears at the top right corner of each listing. These scores are based on how closely that particular listing matches the contact's search criteria.
Saved Searches and Favorites
Saved searches and favorited properties can also be found by navigating to the My Search tab found within the sidebar and selecting Saved Homes & Searches.
From here, your clients will be able to view their favorited properties, their previously saved searches, and any homes based on Search Alerts set up within their BoldTrail contact profile. They can hover over any of their favorited listings to view and click through the full details of the property, or share a link to the property if needed.
If the client would like to add notes to a specific favorited property, they can do so by clicking Add to the right of the Notes section.
My Home
CoreHome provides a detailed market report that is available on CoreHome's main page. It provides trending data based on the property address your contact entered after creating their account, including pricing estimates and comparable properties.
Comparables
The Comparables section of the market report will provide a list of homes that best match your contact's property. The Comparable Value Report breaks down this data, showing which matching homes are in Active, Pending, or Sold status.
The home estimate range is a snapshot view based on market trends. In order to get the most accurate home data, your clients can click on Review and Update to edit their home details.
Your clients may also contact you directly for a more in-depth review of their home valuation by clicking on Request Analysis.
Mortgage and Insurange
The second half of the market report allows your clients to view and manage their mortgage and insurance information. These details are factored into the overall market report, which influences the home data provided.
My Mortgage
Your clients can add their mortgage information to their market report by clicking on View/Add Details below their total loan amount. From here, they can add their lender's details as well as their loan amount and terms.
My Insurance
Similar to the mortgage section, clients can click on View/Add Details to add and track their insurance information.
Market Trends
Lastly, your clients can view market trends using data pulled from the property information they entered when setting up their CoreHome account
The market trends section provides a 30 day snapshot of what is currently on the market for your client's area. To view the full list of results, they can click View Results at the bottom of the page. This will open a pre-filtered search including all property matches for that specific area.
Note: If the contact navigates away from the main page, market data can also be viewed by navigating to the sidebar at the top left and selecting My Home. From there, they can click on Value & Equity to view their full market report, or Market Trends to view their market trends.
My Profile
The My Profile section of CoreHome allows your contacts to update their personal information. When a client first signs up for an account with CoreHome, their personal details along with their home address will be automatically pulled in from their BoldTrail contact profile, but this information can be edited at any time.
Login Information
If the client needs to change their password for any reason, they can do so by navigating to My Profile > Login Information.
Personal Information
Contacts can update their first name, last name, and phone number as needed.
Home Information
While CoreHome will prompt contacts to confirm their home address upon setting up a new account, they can update their address at any time. If they need to change their home purchase preferences (buying or renting), they can do so here as well.
Notifications
Your contacts will have access to CoreHome's Notifications panel, which they can open by clicking on the bell icon that will appear on the top right of the CoreHome site.
Your contacts will be notified of various events and required items to complete. These include, but are not limited to:
My Home:
Reminder to add address
Reminder to add mortgage info
Reminder to add insurance policy
Inactive for 30 days → Reminder to check value
Chat:
Unread messages
Move:
New activation
Reminders at days 2, 3, and 4 days from move date
Reminders at the 50% and 76% progress points
Maintenance:
New seasonal checklist available
Reminder at 30 days inactive
Reminder once inactive for 3 days after engaging
Transaction:
New activation
Reminders at days 2, 3, and 4 days from closing date
Reminders at the 50% and 76% progress points
Enabling Text and Email Notifications
In order to modify their notification preferences, your contacts can click on the hamburger icon at the top left of the website and navigate to My Profile > Notifications.
Clicking on the plus sign next to Notifications will allow homeowners to opt into receiving text notifications. Email notifications are enabled by default.
CoreHome Chat
If your contacts would like enter a chat with you directly, they can use the Start Chat button from a listing, or the chat bubble that appears at the bottom left.
Your contacts can then chat directly with youusing the chat feature. You'll be able to find their messages from your BoldTrail dashboard using the chat button at the top right.
Where Does the Information My Contacts See Come From?
The information on the CoreHome website page your contacts have access to comes from the Address, Market Report, and Search Alert sections of BoldTrail.
How to Update Your Contact's Address
Your contact’s home address can be updated from their contact record in BoldTrail. To update their information, click Add Address and enter the correct information.
How to Update Market Reports
To update the Market Reports linked to your contact, navigate to their profile in BoldTrail and find the Engagement > Market Reports section at the far right. Click + Add to add a new market report for your contact.
If the client has any existing market reports, click on the pencil icon to edit.
How to Update Search Alerts
To edit a contact's search alert, navigate to Engagement > Search Alerts within the contact's profile. You can add a new search alert by clicking on +Add, or edit an existing one by clicking on the eye icon.
