In order for employers to contact applicants who shows interest on their Ads. They need to upgrade to a premium subscription. This will give you an access to contact unlimited profiles.
Here's how to contact the applicants who are interested to your ad:
Click on "New Application" under your ad.
Look for the profile of the applicant and reply to her application by clicking on "Respond".
But remember, you need to be a Premium subscriber to reply to a domestic helper's application.
