If you do not wish to receive these helpful updates, you are free to unsubscribe. To stop receiving email notifications and newsletters, here are two ways to do it.
Look for the "Notifications" panel and click "Edit"
You can choose what notifications you would want disable and click "Update"
You can also unsubscribe it via email. Simply click unsubscribe at the bottom of the newsletter that has a sender Rachel from HelperChoice or simply HelperChoice.
You will be redirected to a confirmation page that you have just unsubscribed. To resubscribe you will have the option too at the bottom of it.
