Why Am I Receiving These Emails?

You may receive emails notifying you that your VASP has pending transactions. This occurs when you send blockchain transactions to your counterparty without the required Travel Rule information. In these cases, your counterparty can initiate a "missing deposit" request, asking you to provide the missing details. To review these, simply click "Resolve issues" in the email, and ensure you’re logged into your account.

How to Address Pending Transactions

Clicking "Resolve issues" will take you to the Transfers tab, specifically in the Waiting for Data under the Outgoing section. Here you’ll find transfers awaiting missing data, color-coded for quick reference:

  • Yellow for transfers pending for up to 2 days

  • Red for transfers pending for up to 5 days

To update the transfer information, click the pencil icon and add the highlighted data. Once you’ve made your changes, remember to click the "Save Changes" button to ensure your updates are recorded.

Note that your counterparty may have set automated rules to decline transfers if data isn't provided within a specified timeframe.

Managing Email Preferences

If you wish to stop receiving these email notifications, you can unsubscribe using the link at the bottom of the email. However, it’s critical to address Travel Rule requests promptly. Our Regulatory & Compliance team covers this in greater detail on our blog, underscoring the importance of timely responses.
