Account creation steps

NOTE

Sign up with an email address that matches your company’s website domain. This way, we can confirm the validity of the user. If your email doesn’t match your domain, contact us.

Enter your information

Enter your full name and job title.

Enter company's information

The information you provide will be published in Notabene’s Network. Your company profile presents an excellent opportunity to enhance your company’s legitimacy and reputation in the eyes of your current and potential counterparties. Be sure to provide as much information as possible.

NOTE

Some Travel Rule requirements vary by jurisdiction (e.g., amount threshold, type of required data). Once you select your company’s jurisdiction, the corresponding rules will be applied automatically. Learn about specific to you jurisdiction Travel Rule requirements.

Each profile represents a company (or subsidiary) in a single jurisdiction. If your company operates in multiple jurisdictions, you have to create a separate profile for each.

To indicate multiple profiles of the same company, we recommend adding respective jurisdiction to the company’s profile name (e.g., Luno Singapore).

Upload incorporation documentation

To verify your business profile, we ask that you upload your incorporation documents. Make sure they include your company’s official name, address, and business identification number. Once confirmed, you’ll receive a “Verified by Notabene” badge.

If you haven’t uploaded your documents during the onboarding, you can always do it later here.

To upload multiple documents at once, click “Choose a file” and select as many files as you want from your computer. Keep in mind that the maximum total size of the files cannot exceed 100 KB.

NOTE

We use your incorporation documents only for verification. We do not share this information with a third party.

Select your Travel Rule protocols

To enable discovery and seamless data exchange between counterparties, we ask businesses to list which protocols they currently support. The list of protocols we support will be automatically populated in your company’s profile.

Notabene proudly supports multiple Travel Rule protocols: TRP, TRNow.

We use “magic link” functionality – each time you log in, you’ll receive an email with an embedded link that allows you to access the system directly.

To log in to the Notabene dashboard, you need to be first added to the platform by the person who created your company’s profile.
