To manually initiate a Travel Rule transfer to your counterparty from the dashboard, follow these steps:
Navigate to Transfers
Go to the Transfers tab and click Create a Transfer.
Enter Travel Rule Information
Complete the required fields for the transfer, including:Transaction amount
Transaction asset
Beneficiary VASP name
Beneficiary’s name and blockchain address
Originator’s name and blockchain address
Originator’s identification information
Once done, click Create a Transfer at the bottom of the page.
Note: The information required may vary based on the jurisdictional requirements of both your VASP and the beneficiary VASP. Notabene will prompt you to complete the fields required by the stricter jurisdiction.
Review and Approve Transfer
Once created, the transfer will appear in Outgoing - Outbox with the status Ready to Send, pending your approval. Click to review, approve, or cancel the transfer as needed. (For information on automating this process, follow this guide).
Monitor the Transfer
After approving the transfer, it will move to Pending Response. Once reviewed by your counterparty, it will move to Outgoing - Completed. Note: You can cancel the transfer any time before it’s reviewed by the counterparty. Canceled transfers will appear in Outgoing - Completed.
