The Notabene test environment was created for companies that want to experience our system before going live. It allows compliance officers, analysts, and developers to test different features and scenarios without having to worry about the impact of any potential mistake.

Whether you are trying to create a new VASP in the test environment or in production, you can do so by following these steps:

Log in to your Notabene account and click on “CREATE A NEW ORGANIZATION”.

Introduce the company details and any relevant information about the business. Please notice that the mandatory fields cannot remain blank. Check the box and click “Continue”.

Upload the Articles of Incorporation and other company documents that are available. Alternatively, you can choose to upload the documents later by clicking on “Create Company and Upload Later”.

Once completed, you will receive the following message. Click on “Go to dashboard”.

On the dashboard you will be able to see the newly created company under “Your Accounts”. You can create as many companies as you need in the test environment. For production, the VASPs will have to be approved by our admins.
