The Due-Diligence Questionnaire is a form adapted from the GDF Travel Rule Data Sharing Questionnaire (TRIXO) and the GDF Due Diligence Questionnaire for VASPs. The purpose of this questionnaire is to provide a common set of questions VASPs can ask other VASPs with whom they are planning to begin exchanging Travel Rule information. It is not intended to be a due diligence questionnaire for onboarding other VASPSs as customers.
How to fill in your Due Diligence Questionnaire:
Log in to your Notabene account.
Click on “Complete Profile”
Go to each section of the Profile Builder by clicking “Complete”
Add the required information and click “Save”.
Once done, the DDQ can be viewed and downloaded as PDF by going to “My Company” and scrolling down to the “Counterparty Due Diligence” section.
You will be alerted by email each time a VASP requests access to your Due Diligence Questionnaire. You can choose to share it or withhold this information. Please visit this article to learn how.
