To ensure that your outgoing Travel Rule data transfers reach the correct counterparty, Beneficiary VASPs are required to confirm that the recipient's blockchain address belongs to them. This adds an extra layer of security when sharing sensitive data.

The same process applies to you when receiving Travel Rule transfers. When a new transfer arrives in your inbox, you will need to confirm that the destination blockchain address belongs to your VASP before accessing the transfer details. While this process is crucial for compliance, it can become time-consuming when managing high volumes of transfers.

We recommend automating this step to save time and reduce manual work. The fastest method is to upload a list of your operational wallet addresses in CSV format by following these steps:

  1. Log in to your Notabene account.

  2. Click on your profile icon at the top right of your screen.

  3. Select Settings from the dropdown menu.

  4. Navigate to “Auto-confirm your customer's blockchain addresses”.

  5. Drag your CSV file into the upload area or click to select the file.

  6. Click Submit.” (Note: We never share this information with third parties.)

To view how your CSV file should be formatted, click on View sample CSV data format.

You can also retrieve previously uploaded wallet addresses or delete existing entries using our API.

For a more seamless approach, consider integrating an address webhook to automatically upload and update your operational blockchain addresses. This method is more efficient but may require support from your development team. More details are available in our Documentation.
