The Notabene Dashboard is designed to democratize data that is relevant to your Travel Rule program. This easy-to-use interface provides your team with data that allows them to make informed decisions based on up-to-date information. This includes transfer number and type, compliance rate, and success rate, among other key metrics that can help you optimize your strategy. With the Notabene Dashboard, you can rest assured that you have all the insights you need to make data-led decisions regarding your Travel Rule program.

The data is available for both incoming and outgoing transfers. This includes the following:

  • Total consist of all travel rule, below threshold and non-custodial transfers.

  • Non-Custodial transfers refer to those made to self-hosted wallets, rather than to another VASP.

  • Below threshold refers to transfers with an amount that falls under the applicable Travel Rule threshold.

  • Travel Rule, when the transfer amount is above the applicable Travel Rule threshold.

Response Rate is calculated as a percentage of the number of travel rule transfers that are either ACK, ACCEPTED, DECLINED, REJECTED, or NOT_READY from the total number of travel rule transfers sent (including any status after SENT).

Success Rate is calculated as a percentage of the number of travel rule transfers that are either ACCEPTED or STORED (including self-hosted or below threshold) from the total number of transfers created.

You could see a break-down report based on transfer statuses by clicking on “View more travel rule metrics”.

  • Compliant Transfers:

Transfer Identification Rate refers to transfers in which the counterparty has been identified.

Outgoing Travel Rule Transfers Sent/Received Rate

Transfer FATF Compliance Rate refers to transfers that follow the FATF guidelines. This includes all self-hosted transfers with accompanying proof, all travel rule transfers with any response, and all transfers under the travel rule threshold.
