Key events available for subscription include:
notification.haltBlockchainTransaction
Message that indicates that the blockchain transaction must be halted.
notification.processBlockchainTransaction
Message that indicates that the blockchain transaction can be done now.
notification.transactionUpdated
Message that indicates the latest Travel Rule transaction state.
