An overview of how SafeGateway streamlines interactions across networks for Notabene in-network VASPs is outlined below:
Access Request: VASPs request access credentials for desired protocols.
Protocol Integration: Approved VASPs add the protocol access code into their gateway.
Initiating Transfers: SafeGateway automatically selects the appropriate protocol for Travel Rule data transfers to other network VASPs.
Data Routing: Transfer data is directed through a protocol client to the target network.
Transaction Processing: Completed transactions return to the originating VASP.
Transfer Management: VASPs oversee and manage transfers via SafeTransact’s Travel Rule compliance dashboard.
Is SafeGateway available for Notabene customers?
SafeGateway is ready for immediate use, enabling connections to supported Travel Rule protocols and for which you posses the necessary access credentials. This convenience enables you to seamlessly leverage these connections via the Notabene platform without the need for dedicated technical resources. However, to emphasize that while SafeGateway streamlines the process, it doesn’t replace the requirement of individually joining each protocol’s network, particularly those that entail separate onboarding procedures.
