VASPs frequently manage multiple subsidiaries across different jurisdictions, and therefore, Notabene provides the option to nest them under a Group VASP for streamlined management.

A Group Admin holds administrative control over the entire Group VASP, a crucial role that provides enhanced control over each nested entity. This enables direct modifications in jurisdiction, subscription, and renewal, ensuring uninterrupted platform access tailored to the evolving needs of your business.

The following are key permissions associated with the Group Admin role:

  1. Visibility and Structure:

    • Full visibility into the structure of all entities within their access.

  2. Jurisdiction Management:

    • Authority to create new Jurisdictions.

    • Ability to perform un-nesting for accurate VASP configuration representation.

  3. Transaction Oversight:

    • Access to information about stuck transactions.

  4. Package Information:

    • View and update current package information for entities where they serve as a group admin.

  5. Transaction Handling:

    • Manual redirection of transactions or setting up auto-redirect for paid entities.

  6. Comprehensive Access:

    • Access to all Jurisdictions under the Group, including independent ones if they hold a respective role in each.

  7. Jurisdiction Status Control:

    • Power to change jurisdiction status (nested/unnested).

  8. External Jurisdiction Access:

    • Ability to claim access to any jurisdiction outside of the Group.

  9. Communication and Activation:

    • Ability to schedule a call or send a request to Notabene.

    • Authority to activate a jurisdiction.
