Updated this week

What is VestAI?

It is an artificial intelligence tool designed to help Vest users with information about investments and using the platform. It will help you in your investment journey, no matter what level of knowledge you have. You will be able to give it indications of the level of expertise you have and how deep you want it to dig. It can accompany you from zero to 1000, and it will be just a tap away.

What kind of information can it provide?

Being an artificial intelligence, VestAI will be able to give you all kinds of information, but it will be focused on your investments and your current portfolio; you will also be able to know the following:

  • Details about Vest's products and services

  • General app support

  • General information about investments and financial markets

  • Explanations of financial terms

  • Updates on the U.S. stock market.

Can you give investment advice?

Not at this time. The tool does not provide personalized financial advice. All information will be general and educational. The tool is in Beta, and we are working on new capabilities for it. Stay tuned to our communications.

In what languages is it available?

You can speak to it in your preferred language; the assistant is trained to answer in Spanish, English, and Portuguese.

How can I access the assistant?

If you are part of Vest, it is simple to find it in the search engine. If you are not yet part of Vest, you can start by downloading the app and creating your investment account.

Does the assistant have access to my information?

The assistant can access general information about your investment account to provide answers relevant to you, but always respecting your privacy.

Can I ask questions about my specific portfolio?

Of course, the assistant can provide general information about your portfolio or general information about how to start investing, but they will not provide in-depth analysis or personalized recommendations.

Note: VestAI is currently in the Beta version, but you will soon be able to access its full potential.
