What is the minimum value to invest?

In Vest, you can invest from $1 dollar; the value to invest will depend on your investment strategy. We will be your ally.

What are the market operating hours?

You can trade 24/7, however, buy and sell orders are only executed when the market is open; its operation is in ET hours from 9:30 am to 4 pm.

How can I buy and sell shares?

Buy

  1. Search for the stock you want to invest in

  2. Then tap on Invest

  3. Select the order type

    1. Market order in dollars

    2. Market order in units

    3. Limit Order

    4. Stop order

  4. Indicate the value or unit to buy

  5. Review the data and confirm the operation, and you're done!

Sell

  1. Search for the stock you want to sell in your portfolio

  2. Swipe left, or select the stock and choose Sell

  3. Define the order type

    1. Market order in dollars

    2. Market order in units

    3. Limit Order

    4. Stop order

  4. Indicate the value or unit to buy

  5. Review the data and confirm the operation, and you're done!

What types of orders are there in Vest?

Market Order by Units - Means you indicate the exact quantity of shares or fractions you wish to acquire

Market Order by Value - You indicate the amount you want to invest, and the units or fractions that the amount provides will be purchased.

Limit Order - It is a programmed order and is only executed once the desired stock reaches the set price. That is, if you want to sell X at $10, the order will only be completed when stock X reaches that price.

Stop Order - It is a programmed order; this becomes a market order when the stock reaches the desired price or is close to it, meaning it has a percentage of variation for execution.

How can I cancel pending orders?

On the Portfolio screen, you will find the list of pending orders at the bottom. Select the one you want to cancel, click on cancel, confirm the operation, and that's it.
