If you have a US bank account or a multi-currency account, you can use it to transfer to your Vest account with Plaid. Just log in to your app and follow these steps:
From your Vest app, select "DEPOSIT" and then choose "Deposit via ACH".
Once you log in, you will see our different options from Plaid).
When you choose the bank where you have your account, follow the instructions, deposit to link your account correctly, and that's it. (Remember that all amounts will be shown in dollars.)
This is important:
Deposits by local wire transfer (ACH transfers) usually take 1-2 business days to complete.
We only accept deposits from accounts of individuals with the same ownership, i.e., accounts in your name.
Please check the deposit information you entered in Plaid: the recipient's (DriveWealth) full name and address, account number, ACH routing code 028000024, and "Checking" for account type.
DriveWealth's withdrawal policy includes a hold period for ACH deposits. This hold period ensures the "authorized use" of the money and acts as an anti-money laundering (AML) mechanism.
ACH deposits must remain in your account for at least thirty (30) days after the transaction has been processed before they can be withdrawn.
