To add a beneficiary, simply contact our team via e-mail or in-app chat, and provide the beneficiary's name, date of birth, email, and phone number.

Please note that adding a beneficiary is different from having a joint account. A beneficiary has no access, control, or ownership over the account while the account holder is alive. Upon the death of the account holder, the assets will be transferred to the beneficiary. At this time, Vest does not offer joint accounts.

We do not recommend adding a minor as a beneficiary, as Vest only opens investment accounts for individuals who are 18 years of age or older.
