Yes, the fuel tank must be at least 1/3 full when you return the car. There is a fuel card in every car.

At Hely the price includes kilometers and fuel.

Has the fuel tank level dropped below 1/3? Fill it up!
Every car has a fuel card which can be used in the Netherlands. You can find the card in the glove compartment behind the board computer.

The info card in the cars give more information about the use of the fuel card. 

The fuel card is not working? Please go to 'My fuel card does not work'.If the fuel card.

If the fuel card is not in the car (check all compartments and under the seats), please contact Hely.
