With some e-bikes you can start your ride with a QR code. You'll find this code on the back mudguard and on the frame. Through the Hely app you can very easily start your ride with these e-bikes. Follow the steps below or watch the video for detailed instructions.
Open the Hely app and press the green ‘plus’ icon (‘+’).
Click on the QR icon to open your camera and scan the QR code of a bike of choice.
Start your ride in the app and click ‘Open’ to unlock the e-bike.
Remove the charging cable and enjoy the ride!
Having trouble scanning the QR code? Press the button 'Problem with scanning' to enter the vehicle ID manually. Don't you have enough light? Then click on the flashlight icon to activate your camera's flash.
