Having trouble to complete your registration?

After you have registered via the website or via the app, you will receive an invitation to complete your registration.

Didn't receive an invitation? Click here.

  • Download the Hely app

  • Open the invitation and click on the "complete my registration" button. The registration can only be completed via a smartphone.

  • The link forward you (via a browser) to the app to complete your registration.

  • Are you not being forwarded to the app? Forward the invite to another email address and open the invitation in this address. It is possible that the settings in your email prevent the link from being forwarded.

  • Are you using a browser other than Chrome? Copy the link from the browser you are using and paste the link into Chrome. You will now be redirected to the app via the web page and you can complete your registration.
