I don't receive a SMS verification code

Make sure you have selected the correct country code and omit the '0' if necessary.

Are you sure you have entered the correct telephone number and country code?

Then it may be due to the following reasons why you cannot receive an SMS:

  • Landline number: If the phone number in your account is from a landline and not a mobile phone number, you will not receive text messages. To complete the registration you will need to link a mobile phone number.

  • Your phone is turned off or has no reception: this won't affect the notifications we send, but will affect the receipt of them

  • Notification Settings: Make sure you can receive SMS notifications by selecting 'Texts ON' in the section
