My account is not approved

No worries! In some cases a manual check is necessary to activate your account.

We need some information of you before you can start your ride. This will be checked automatically but in some cases we need a manual check to approve your account.

It might happen that you made a typo during the registration, then we will ask you to send the driver's license data again. You can share this data safe and secure via the Copy ID app developed by the Dutch government.

Send the information to account@hely.com and if we will activate your account It is also possible so you can enjoy the ride!
