Discovered damage on a Hely vehicle?

At the beginning of your booking we always ask you to inspect the vehicle. Did you discover damage? Here's what to do.

First of all great that you inspected the vehicle thoroughly before starting your booking. Did you discover damage on the Hely vehicle before or while starting your Hely booking? Then please send us an email with a specific description of the damage with photographs. Do this as soon as possible so we can note that this did not happen during your booking.

Please also take a picture of the damage and of the license plate number in one photograph, if possible.
โ€‹
Is the damage severe and are you not sure you can continue your booking with this vehicle? Then please send us the photographs and call Hely. We will investigate if the vehicle is still safe to use and, if necessary, assist you to book another vehicle.
