The pedestrian door is located to the left of the bicycle box. Recognizable by the Hely sign.
You can open the door as follows:
open your app
select the Zuidas hub
click on the green 'Plus' sign at the bottom right of the screen
click on 'Open door'.
You can find specific information about the hub, for example the entrance or key locker in your app in the right bottom corner.
