Short answer: Photos can’t be added directly to the Dedication page. The Dedication page is for text only.
Good news: You can add a photo to the first page of your Introduction.
Common workaround: Many customers choose to use the Introduction page for both their dedication and introduction, which allows them to include text and a photo together.
