How to move a recipe, text page, or photo page to a different spot within the same section/chapter

You can easily rearrange recipes, text pages, or photo pages within the same section (chapter) of your book.

Step 1: Open the Organize tab

  1. Open your book.

  2. Click on the Organize tab.

You’ll see a list of all your sections.

Step 2: Open the section

  1. Click on the section that contains the page you’d like to move.

  2. All pages in that section will appear laid out as spreads (like an open book).

Step 3: Drag and drop the page

  1. Click on the page you’d like to move.

  2. Drag it to its new position.

  3. Release it to drop it into place.

The order will update automatically.

Good to know

  • This method moves pages within the same section only.

  • You can rearrange pages at any time before placing your order.

  • Changes made in the Organize tab will update your Table of Contents automatically.

If you’re not seeing the Organize tab, try enlarging your browser window or zooming out slightly.
