You can choose whether a page appears in your cookbook’s index at any time while building.
Step 1: Open the page options
Go to the Content tab.
In the left-hand menu, find the page you’d like to adjust.
Click the three dots to the right of the page name.
From the dropdown menu, click Remove from Index.
How to tell if a page is included in the index
If a teal checkmark is present, the page will not appear in the index.
If there is no teal checkmark, the page will appear in the index.
Good to know
You can change index settings at any time before placing your order.
Your index will update automatically when you preview your book.
Removing a page from the index does not delete the page itself.
Cookbooks that were originally created on the old website (accounts up to 2021) will need to have their indexes restored. It's important to always preview a book before reordering it, even if you have not made any changes since you last ordered.
