If your downloaded preview file appears to be missing one or more photos, don’t worry — this is usually easy to fix.
Try this:
Return to your book-building dashboard.
Refresh the page.
Download the preview again.
Refreshing the dashboard renews the image links that are used to generate your preview file. In most cases, this resolves the issue right away.
Good to know
This does not mean your photos are lost. It simply means the preview file needs to be regenerated.
If the issue continues after refreshing and re-downloading, please contact us by clicking on the orange icon at the bottom right of your screen and typing "I'd like to speak to someone."
