Adding a new practitioner to your practice is simple.

First log into your Hero admin account by pasting the following URL into your searchbar and entering your login details.

Click 'Settings' in the left-hand side Hero toolbar.

Click on 'Practitioner settings', then 'Practitioner setup'.

Click 'Add' to create a new Practitioner profile.

Fill in the required information, and decide whether notifications will be sent to the Practitioner.

Switch 'Set default availability' to 'Yes' if you would like to create a default for which appointments the Practitioner offers. This speeds up appointment booking and is recommended, but isn't vital and can be changed later if you want.

When you're finished, click 'Save'.

Congratulations! You've just set up a new practitioner account. Feel free to go back through these steps again to set up more accounts.
