If you have received a payment reminder from Hero, logged into your account and cannot see your invoice, the likelihood is you have created a new account with the wrong email address.

Follow these steps to find your invoice:

  1. Check which email address Hero sent their payment notification to

  2. Use this email address at the log-in stage

  3. Pay your invoice
