Setting up a membership scheme on Hero is simple.
- Click 'Settings'
- Click 'Practice group settings'
3. Turn the 'Memberships' toggle from 'Off' to 'On.'
4. Click 'Settings,' then click 'Membership setup'
5. Click 'Add' in the top right of the screen.
6. Fill in the setup details of your membership. These include:
- Memership name
- Total members included in the membership
- Total adults and children per membership
- Membership length
7. Customise the 'Welcome to membership' and 'Renewal membership' email text.
8. Decide whether you would like the renewal mailer to be sent out automatically upon the membership renewal date
9. Finally, decide which appointments you would like to be bookable on this membership
10. Click 'Submit'
