Firstly, make your way to the 'Settings' page via the sidebar. Then, scroll down to and click on 'Product settings', then the 'Product categories' page link:

On this page, you can add and rename product categories. To add a product category, click 'Add' in the top right corner.

This will bring up the below screen. From here, name your category and click 'Submit'.

To rename a category, click rename and then the 'Edit' button:
